Hi Jignesh,
You can edit a Style for RadPrompt and then set it as ContentStyle on the DialogProperties. I created a movie (the 'EditPromptDialogWindow.swf' file drag and drop it in browser) It will show you how to get the style edit the template in blend and then open RadPrompts with it. I am also attaching the project used in the demo. I hope it is helpful.

How to remove the icon in case of RadAlert?

Watch the movie in the previous reply. It shows how you can edit the RadPrompt template. The same way you can edit the RadAlert template. Only instead of adding a UIElement item you will have to remove the icon and adjust the Grid columns.
Ask again if you still have problems.
