Cannot Upgrade/Install Control Panel

I know this comes up a lot, but the workaround is no longer working. The workaround being to modify an existing installation to expose the Control Panel installation checkbox. That option no longer exists.

Hi Nick,

I am sorry to hear you faced difficulties using the Progress Control Panel. We are looking to improve the upgrade experience and streamline it so that it's easier to install newer versions. In the meantime, I have attached an archive containing the offline installer for the application. Please use it to upgrade the application or remove the current instance and install the latest version.
