I realize my issue was not the same as the other thread and did not mean to hijack it.

I have just downloaded the RTM version and installed following the instructions on moving from the old version to the new version and am still getting an error when trying to edit as well. I have yet to get this working on any version (beta, RC or RTM) of the updates r.a.d. Editor control with WSS v3.

Am I doing something wrong during the installation? This has been installed globally so permissions should not be issue. Needless to say I am a littel frustrated at this point and simply want to upgrade this control and be able to edit content.

Any ideas, thoughts?

Hi Jesse,

I believe the version numbers created some confusion.

The new r.a.d.editor SharePoint Edition 3.0.0 is built natively for the latest version of SPS / WSS v2.

We do not officially support WSS v3 yet. However, we are working on a new version of r.a.d.editor which will natively support MOSS 2007. This version will be available shortly after Microsoft's official release. Please, sign up for our beta program at www.telerik.com/sharepoint if you are interested in receiving the early bits.
