Calendar item hidden while being edited

Hi all,

 

I am new to Kendo UI Calendar and I am facing what could be a standard behavior.

When the user clicks on an item on the calendar and a pop up opens to allow the item to be edited, the item becomes invisible in the calendar, once the item is edited, saved and the pop up closes, the item reappears on the calendar.

I would like the item to remain visible while being edited.

Is there a way around it?

I noticed that if I don't preventDefault(), the item will still be visible in the calendar, but I have to use preventDefault(), so the default popup doesn't show, I am programmatically opening the actual CRM Record/Form.

Hi Paulo,

Thank you for considering Kendo UI.

I assume that you are referring to the Kendo UI Scheduler since there is no pop-up/editing functionality out of the box for the Kendo UI Calendar.

I am not able to reproduce the appointment becoming invisible in the Kendo UI Scheduler on edit event as described in this ticket.

Please could you edit one of our demos to display that behaviour (e.g. http://dojo.telerik.com/iqaFI) and get back to me.
