Bug in Scatter chart

I am filling one DataSeries with points where all X values equals to 1 and Y values are different.
Then assigning DataSeries collection to ItemsSource of chart.
Chart will throw following exception:

at System.Windows.UIElement.Measure(Size availableSize)
at Telerik.Windows.Controls.Charting.LinearSeriesPanel.MeasureOverride(Size availableSize)
at System.Windows.FrameworkElement.MeasureOverride(IntPtr nativeTarget, Single inWidth, Single inHeight, Single& outWidth, Single& outHeight)

If I will make X values different chart will work as expected.
Build version: 2010.2.821.1040

This bug is similar to one I have already reported before http://www.telerik.com/community/forums/silverlight/chart/infinite-or-nan-values-in-finalrect.aspx in both cases you have one label in X Axis
Maybe this may help.

We have been able to reproduce the problematic behavior, it is an issue we have introduced with one of our latest internal builds. Our developers have been notified and will work on providing a fix in one of the future versions of the control.
