Bootstrap issue with dropdown

go to menus and change the theme to bootstrap. start hovering over the menu items that have dropdowns and the title is whited out. So far i have noticed it on multiple browsers.

Is there any resolution to this issue?  I would like to update to fix the CSS issue and also to make sure the menu works on Ipad.  But waiting for a go ahead.  Thanks
