Hello,

i downloaded a trial version of your winforms 2009 / 2 for my future project and i am trying to understand this type of your product (i have experience with ASP.NET Controls)

But here I am not able to bind anything. I will need a treeview generated from database but when i am binding treeview step by step from your manual at http://www.telerik.com/help/winforms/tree_datadatabase.html and from your music collection database i have still empty form. At Visual Studio is everything fine - no errors or warnings, but when i debug that i have empty form. The same problem is with RadGrid, just columns name and no data. Display name i have defined. I really dont know what to do, bcs i tried everything what i know. I have Windows 7, VS 2005 SP1, .NET framework 3.5.

Thx for any help, i did not use C# so much.

Hello Bohuslav,

I have attached a sample application which demonstrates how to display hierarchical data in RadTreeView.

Please write again if you need further assistance.

Best wishes,

Hello Victor,

thanks a lot for your answer and include project. I downloaded that and it was the same as my problem - just empty WinForm. Now i know that this problem is because i have 64bit OS (win7) and i have debug for Any CPU -> when i set debug - x86 it is absolutly broken (design) but it works :)

So i ll make that at my laptop with 32b XP there it is absolutley fine :)

thank you again for you answer and aspiration - i am appreciate it.

BB.

Hi Bohuslav,

Please note that in Q1 2011 we have introduced a major upgrade of RadTreeView control, which is now virtualized and fully customizable. Feel free to download the latest release and try it out. For more information on our latest release refer to this blog post.
