[Solved] Best intro to MVC and Telerik MVC Extensions

I've been using telerik AJAX controls for a number of years but I feel like I should learn the MVC patterns.  Specifically I'd like to use MVC, Jquery, Odata. WFC webservices with Entity Framework and telerik MVC extensions.  Can you recommend a learning route to absorb this kind of architecure?  Do you have any projects already built that use this particular stack?

Surely, first you need to see the general resources on MVC and the jQuery API reference, as our MVC extensions use jQuery a lot:
