Hi Marek,
The Q1 SP2 is expected before the end of the next week (it will probably be released on Tuesday or Wednesday). We decided to postpone it for a couple of days, because we want to add a couple of extra improvements to the suite.
Until then, feel free to report any issues we can take care of before the release.

Ouch. I read that it is on Thursday, I wonder what time, I need to upgrade to get the "tab close" bug fixed for thursday, we have a make it or break it demo for a new client.

Hi,
Thanks, but it would take a day or so anyways to fix, I'll wait until tomorrow and just point out the problems, I think the client will understand. We are still evaluating the WinForms suite, It's very good, but we do have our doubts which we hope will be fixed with SP2.

Unfortunately, the service pack is not ready yet. We understand your need for immediate fixes but we would like to test the last changes more carefully until they go public. In case you have a showstopper and you need a build sooner, please open a new support ticket and we'll send you the latest stable build which is under QA.
Recently we managed to triple our QA team and even though during the past few months we managed to improve a lot of things in our WinForms controls we would like to assure you that quality is still with highest priority for us.

I suppose that we understand, since we are developers, what dates are we talking about for the release? will you jump SP2 and go for Q2? in this case is it september? I need to know to be able to stay with telerik or choose another provider, we have our release in august.

Thank you for your understanding. By no means we will skip SP2. We are not sure for SP3 yet, but it is not ruled out by no means.
SP2 is rescheduled for July 10-12, which will give us some extra time to test the release fully. In case you would like to get SP2 sooner, please open a support ticket and we'll send you the latest stable build. I hope it will address the problem you have reported (as I see a problem related to firing the Closed and Closing events of a floating DockPanel). If you have any other issues with the SP1 build, please let us know and we'll do our best to fix them for SP2.
