Hi,

When I launch the AppManager on my smartphone it displays a blank screen (after the loading splash screen)... Is there a problem on your side?

Hello Raphaël,

Can you please confirm that you have updated AppManager with the latest version available in Google Play store? It is required in order for the app to work correctly.

one of my customer can't login anymore to AppManager...
he tried to reset his password, uninstall/reinstall AppManager... nothing works

also I noticed the web login form always displays the error "both fields are required" (after having filled username/pwd fields), so login is impossible... (in firefox, windows 2008)

Hi Raphaël,

The first problem is most probably related to your Telerik Platform subscription plan. Note that as AppManager went out of its Beta stage and is now official, the availability of features depends on the type of subscription you have. You can see more details here:

Telerik Platform Subscriptions (click See detailed comparison and scroll down to AppManager).

To summarize the distribution options:

- Email distribution is available for all subscription plans
- Web catalog distribution is available for Telerik Platform Professional
- Mobile app distribution is available for Telerik Platform Business

So, if you have Telerik Platform Professional, then your users can access apps via email or the web catalog, but not the mobile app.

As for the second problem you mentioned, it is indeed specific to the Firefox browser and its fix is currently in testing stage, so it will soon be live.

However, note that if your users want to install an app on their mobile device, they need to log in from the device and not a desktop browser, as both the email distribution and web catalog detect what is the device used and allow download only on devices supported by the app that you are trying to install.
