Hi.
I am starting out with building apps for Windows phone.
What I am trying to do is build an app that pulls wallpapers from the internet and loads the photos into the app.
than there will be a button for people to save the image to their saved photos under the photo app and than they can use it for their lockscreen or their start screen.
I have been looking for a sample to do this but I can't seem to find to much.
Is there a app sample I can look at to learn how to do this?

You can start by checking our QSF examples (You can find them as part our suite instalation in [program files](x86)\Telerik\UI for Windows Phone 8 xxx xxx).
Also you can check at Microsoft WP samples - http://code.msdn.microsoft.com/wpapps/
