Hi Varshad,

As said here:
"There was a major outage for the AppBuilder cloud services. The good news is that our developers managed to fix it and AppBuilder should be back in its operational state now. "

Please, check if you are able to open your projects under Telerik Platform and continue your work and let us know if further issues arise. Also, please accept our sincere apologies for any inconveniences caused by the failure.

Hi Eileen,

This issue was caused by an incorrectly cached data for Telerik Platform. In order to resolve it, you can follow these steps:
  • In all browsers, log out from platform.telerik.com and telerik.com.
  • Clear the cache and your browser cookies for app.icenium.com and platform.telerik.com in all browsers. In Google Chrome, please make sure to select clear cookies from beginning of time.
  • Open the DevTools (hit F12) in the browser and navigate to Resources. There, you should see the Local Storage pane in the left. Expand it and select the https://platform.telerik.com storage, then delete its content.
