I tried that, but when I load a record from the database and then I click on a button to add the row to cause me an error.

If you are using a RadGridView in Bound Mode then you could add the row to the datasource, or to the grid, depending on what you are using. If you'd like to give me further details of your scenario, I'll do my best to help.
E.g. Language, how you are binding to your RadGridView etc..
