Add Margin Borders to page or section

How can i add borders to the first page or section?

I find the property borders in Paragraph, but i cant find it in Section, how can i add the border to the full page or section?

Applying page borders is currently not supported by the API of RadWordsProcessing and we have this request already logged on our public portal. You can vote for its implementation and track the status of the task using this feedback item.
