Hello Nitin,
By default when you save a diagram shape not all of its properties will be serialized. You can see a list of the predefined properties which are saved in the Serialization help article. There you can also read how to serialize a custom property which is not in the list.
If this doesn't help, you can give me more information about your scenario. This way I will be able to offer you another solution.
