Hi Vishwajit,
In order to do this, you'll need to completely override the default cell template and build your own. See the Customization documentation for the native Android RadCalendarView, and scroll down to the Further Customization section for a summary on what method to override and build your own cell template (i.e. GetAdapter).
Although we don't have any examples of this extreme customization, you can still review the native Android control wrappers example in the UI for Xamarin installation folder for guidance. Find the Samples.sln in C:\Program Files (x86)\Progress\Telerik UI for Xamarin [YOUR VERSION]\Examples\Android. Then once open in Visual Studio, drill down to the Calendar examples in \Fragments\Calendar
