Add a Toast control?

I just noticed that there's no control for displaying a toast notification in-app. I know about how to display one from a background agent, but of course ShellToast doesn't work when used from the current foreground app. It'd certainly be nice to have a Toast control for in-app toast notifications without having to grab Coding4Fun and further expanding the size of my projects with a mostly unnecessary, additional dependency.

Could we see something like this in the near future for the Windows Phone controls? Alternatively, if someone already has something like this built on RadWindow or something, that'd be awesome to see, so I can get the notifications I want for my current project popped in right away.

Hi, any update about implementing custom Toast control in Telerik UI Controls? I agree with "coldacid" that it's quite common control to use in apps and currently I have to use the Coding4FunToolkit only for this feature.

Unfortunately we do not have this control in our product roadmap. Also we no longer distribute our suite for Windows Phone 7.
