Dim elements not in focus

Is it possible to dim all other elements when thewre not in focus ie the element at the front will be bright and the others dim?

Thank you for writing.

The attached sample project demonstrates how to set the Opacity of RadCarousel items depending on its SelectedIndex. Additionally, to make the transitions smoother, I have added AnimatedPropertySettings.
