SpreadDynamicFilter
Represents a dynamic filter based on relative date periods or statistical measures.
AboveAverage and BelowAverage cannot be evaluated row-by-row during BeginFiltering(SpreadAutoFilter) because they require knowledge of all values in the column. When these types are used, the filter rules are emitted to the output but no rows are hidden based on them. Date/time evaluation uses Today at the time BeginFiltering(SpreadAutoFilter) is active; timezone conversion is not performed.
