How can I purchase a licensed Fiddler product?

You can use a credit card to purchase a license of Fiddler Everywhere or FiddlerCore via their respective shopping carts or over the phone at 888-365-2779. We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, JCB, Diners Club, and Carte Blanche.

What about Fiddler product bundles?

Currently, you will need to contact sales to purchase Fiddler Everywhere and FiddlerCore together. For purchase assistance with bundling Fiddler products with other Telerik products or volume pricing information, please contact us at 888-365-2779.

Once the order is complete, you will receive the invoice and download the license immediately. If you have a VAT or TAX exemption certificate and need to use it for your online purchase, you need to get in touch with us to validate it and allow you to complete the order without tax.

What if I need a purchase order?

In case your organization generates purchase orders, you can see our requirements here and send your PO to Telerik-sales@progress.com—we will process your order and send you an invoice.

What are your payment terms?

Our standard payment terms are Net 30. We accept wire transfers only in U.S. dollars. The bank account information will be included in your invoice, or you will be able to pay with a credit card via the PayTrace link available on the PDF copy of the invoice.
