Setting BaseURL to Reuse Tests Across Different Deployment Environments

Setting BaseURL to Reuse Tests Across Different Deployment Environments

One of the Test Studio project settings that gives you a lot of flexibility for reusing your tests during different stages of deployment is Base URL.

This video shows you how to access and use the BaseURL feature to specify the root server address that you want Test Studio to recognize. Setting a BaseURL allows you to later be able to reuse the same automated test across different environments such as demo, staging, test, or production.

The video is part of Test Studio’s Tips & Tricks series, dedicated to demonstrating fundamental test automation functionality, useful test automation, and troubleshooting tips and tricks as well as real-life, end to end testing scenarios.
