DetailExpandEvent

Provides the arguments for the detailExpand event.

The event fires when a detail row expands.

index	number		Represents the index of the expanded row.

Returns whether the default action for a specified event was prevented.
Returns boolean true if the default action was prevented. Otherwise, returns false.

preventDefault
Prevents the default action for a specified event. In this way, the source component suppresses the built-in behavior that follows the event.
