Represents the Kendo UI for Angular Chart Tooltip configuration (see example).

color	`string`		Specifies the text color of the tooltip.

format	`string`		Specifies the format of the tooltip.
opacity	`number`	`1`	Specifies the opacity of the tooltip.
padding	`number \| Padding`		Specifies the padding of the tooltip. A numeric value sets all paddings.
shared	`boolean`	`false`	Determines whether the Chart displays a single tooltip for every category.
visible	`boolean`	`false`	Determines whether the Chart displays the series tooltip.

Updates the component fields with the specified values and refreshes the Chart.

Use this method when the configuration values cannot be set through the template.
