I have a requirement to provide Zoom/Scroll feature on Y Axis but I have 3 different Data Series( 2 of them use same Y Axis but 3rd one uses a different Y Axis)
Is this supported in 2011 Q1 version of RadChart?

Hello Rajesh,
Presently, the required setup is not supported. The scrolling will be performed on the available data in the chart area, regardless of the additional y axis.
