Is it possible to have zoom, but not scroll?

There is no such option on ScrollMode...

Hello Andre,

Currently RadChart for SL has three zooming and scrolling modes:
  • None - neither zoom, nor scrolling are enabled.
  • ScrollAndZoom - both zoom and scrolling are enabled.
  • ScrollOnly - only scrolling is enabled.

Zooming without scrolling is not currently supported.
