When I use a RadTimePicker in my ItemTemplate, the popup portion of the time picker has a lower z index than the item template itself (a border). Therefore the popup is not visible. Also, the time picker seems blurry but the border surrounding it does not.

Hello Adam,

Please check this online example which demonstrates how to apply the template in order to avoid the blurring effect.

Regarding the z-index issue - we're not able to reproduce it at our side. Can you send us the used ItemTemplate? Thanks
