Hello Sean,
Currently Telerik UI for Xamarin uses mostly native controls, wrapped in a Xamarin.Forms API. We do not have any native Mac components to extend the Xamarin.Forms APIs into the Mac surface area.
Although several components use SkiaSharp and purely Xamarin.Forms underpinnings, which may work on Mac, but we have not tested this and do not provide official support.
We are tracking demand for extending into Mac. If you'd like to see this added, please take a moment to upvote and follow this Feedback Portal Feature Request (leave a comment if you have more info to share, Stefan is the PM).
