Thank you for your interest in Calendar AgendaView. 

If you want to apply a custom content template to the agenda view items, I am afraid this scenario cannot be achieved. We have this as a feature request logged in our feedback portal. You can follow and vote for the item at the link below:

The Calendar's DayView and MultiDayView modes allow you to use AppointmentTemplate feature.
