Hi Telerik,
is it possible to minify the wpf controls dll too? Our Application is about 450 KB with Telerik Controls we get a more than 10 MB. We are publishing the application over Click Once.

The minifier can't minify WPF assemblies and we don't have plans to support. In order to reduce your application size I can suggest you to use our new Theme-less assemblies and add only the xaml you need/controls you use. You may also check if you need all the referenced assemblies and so on.
