Hi, I'm attempting to create projects with the WP8 Telerik Cloud Services with my Telerik ID and each of the projects (Cloud Dev Center, Cloud Powered, and Everlive Cloud Synchronnization WP App), is returning a dialog reading "Oops!  Something went wrong.  Please check your credentials and try again."   Well, my credentials are correct.  What's the issue?  Is there a problem on my side?

Since the dialogs all indicate that this is still beta, I'm asking in this forum.

thanks

Hello Daryl,

Thanks for writing.

Could you please share with us which version of the controls are you using?

If you are not able to login, you can simply click on the  "Or manually insert your API Key" option at the beginning of the corresponding project wizard as shown on the attached image.

These wizards take your credentials and let you choose a backend project which will be integrated with the project you are creating in Visual Studio. When you choose one by using the wizard, we programmatically take its API key and insert it in the App.cs file.

So, until we are able to determine what prevents you from successfully logging in via the wizard, you can simply choose the "Or manually insert your API key" option, login at http://www.everlive.com/ with your credentials, take the API key of the app you would like to use and paste it in the App.cs file.

Additionally, you can share with us your credentials so that we can see what's their status on our side and determine the reason why aren't you able to log in. Of course you should do that in a support thread, not on the forums.

Let us know should you have additional questions.

Regards,
Deyan
