It's been a while since I've explored your site, but when I last looked, there were few or none OA samples for WinForms in VB. Have any VB/WinForm samples been added?

While the web site no longer contains any online demos for OpenAccess ORM, you can benefit from the OpenAccess SDK. It contains numerous samples and one of them is a WinForms project, available both in C# and VB. You can find it under the Windows Forms category.
