[Windows 8.1] Get "Fiddler appears to be running..." warning

Every time I start Fiddler I get the message. See in attachments.

Hello, Vahe--

There's a known bug in the AVG antivirus program that makes your system run so slowly that this warning message appears (you can simply ignore it). We've reported this bug to AVG but they haven't said anything about correcting it.

If you're not running AVG, please share more information about what security software is running on your PC.
