Hi Telerik,

We have been using Telerik version Q2 2013.

1- Silverlight application right mouse click event does not work on windows version 8.1

2- I have been receiving an error message when I logged in with "Windows explorer 11 and windows 8.1"
   The error file is attached.

If you inform us on these issues, we will be highly glad.

Best regards,
Mehmet

Hello Mehmet,

Regarding the first question if the case is to click (Right Click) on an appointment you should use the AddHandler as it is shown in the attached video.  If this is not the case, please specify the scenario you are experience the issue.

About the second case - we are not aware of such an issue. Please visit our RadScheduleView demo examples (follow this link) and let us know do you receive the message you have sent us. Also please tell us do you have the same experience when you're using other browsers.

It would be of a great help if it is possible to send us a sample where the issues can be reproduced.

Regards,
Alek

Hi Telerik,

We tried again;
when the user touches the screen, touch event does not work on Q2 2013
But event is running, when we tested on touch screen with latest version.
What should we do?
If you inform us on these issues, we will be highly glad.

Best regards,
Mehmet

Hi Mehmed,

If we understand you correctly the issue you experience using Q2 2013 version is not present in the latest official release. This is expected as we focused our efforts to improve the quality of the TouchManager recently. Please it is possible upgrade your versions as we are not able to provide a fix for older versions.

Alek
