Why these DLLs are in Telerik Binary directory?

Hi;

 I just downloaded the latest SL3 update and after unzipping I noticed there are three DLLs that the name do not start with "Telerik" and I assume those are from SL library. However their dates are the same as Telerik DLL dates. Can you tell why are they here?

System.Windows.Controls.Data.Design.dll

System.Windows.Controls.Data.dll

System.Windows.dll
