Why when I create a new project is the version of Kendo UI Mobile v2012.3.1315 and not a more recent release?
I plan to target Windows Phone 8, supported only in Kendo UI Mobile 2013 Q1 onwards I believe.

Hello Jason,
When a new version is made available we need some time to test it and verify that there are no critical issues with it. The goal is to use the latest official version of Kendo for Icenium releases, and at the time of our v.1.3 release, the current latest version of Kendo was v.2012.3.1315.
We however understand your concern and we would do our best to align future releases of Kendo UI and Icenium.
About your last comment, we do not offer Windows (Phone) 8 support yet and this feature request is still part of our Roadmap. We’re still not sure though whether we would manage for a fully functional platform support by the end of the year and it might be a Beta service initially.
