Whiet stripe over the headder

Please help, in the IOS app, we can see a white stripe bellow the header, it dows not appear in android or in the ios companion app.

 We have checked the code and cant see why this is happenning, and we havent been able to debug from IOS.

Hi Pablo,

Could you please share some code/screenshots/videos and/or prepare a sample project that reproduces the issue? I am afraid that this is not a known issue or something we have experienced previously.

In addition, I'd suggest that you strip out the logic in your app that has any impact on the navigation bar, status bar, any plugins that communicate with the screen, etc., until the issue is hopefully removed or has the minimum attributes that reproduce the issue.

Also, could you share:
 - Is this behavior specific to an iOS version?
 - When the issue started to occur, did you add some specific logic to your app?

Sorry for the delay, the project was temporarily paused, but now we need to solve this.

 I am attaching a screen capture, please let me know how to share code (in private) wit you guys?

 

I tried debugger but its not showing anything.

 

Pleas help I need to send our client a clean compilation without this weird white stripe.

Indeed, assisting you further on this issue would require that you provide a sample project that exemplifies the issue.

If you'd prefer, you can supply it in a private support ticket. You can do this from this link after logging in to your Telerik account. Please, choose the relevant product (AppBuilder) and attach all code snippets or a sample project.

On a side note, did you have the chance to try on your side the suggestions I outlined in my previous reply?
