Because of our development environment, we cannot install any development DLL's into our local GAC. Therefore we only download the manual installation packages from Telerik. In the Win8 HTML package, I don't see a Telerik.UI DLL (or any other DLL), and the Samples application indicates it cannot find Telerik.UI ( Error 1 Could not find SDK "Telerik.UI, Version=2012.3.1016". C:\Windows\Microsoft.NET\Framework\v4.0.30319\Microsoft.Common.targets 1701 5 QSF )
I also tried downloading the XAML package but didn't find the DLL there either. Shouldn't it be included in both of these packages?
Or is it a .APPX package I'm looking for?

Our installation extract binaries in [Program Files (x86)]\Telerik\RadControls for Windows 8 XAML Q3 2012\Binaries and register them as Extension SDK. If the installation has finished successfully you can try adding the SDK as reference as described in this article. Alternatively, you can reference the binaries directly from the installation folder (path above).
