Hi. One year ago I've developed an app with Icenium/Telerik Platform and now I've developed an update for this app. It's actually a new app, created with Xamarin, but it MUST be an update. Now I have .apk file and I need to update my app in Google play with this .apk, but I'm missing keystore. Where can I find my old keystore (that was created by Telerik Platform). It was never downloaded from there, so I assume that I can, somehow, download it from the cloud. But the problem is: My licence expired for half a year ago and I do not want to buy it.
What can I do with this and how can I get my keystore file?

Hi Bjørn,

Currently, when your subscription expires your Telerik Platform account gets suspended and after that we keep your data for a period of 60 days. Therefore I am not sure whether your certificate is still available for export. You can find more details in our Term of Service.

What you can try at the moment is to run our Windows client, log in using your credentials and check whether you will find the certificate available for export.

Visit the Telerik Verified Plugins Marketplace and get the custom Cordova plugin you need, already tweaked to work seamlessly with AppBuilder.
