When InputMode is set to TimePicker, the watermark displays "Enter date"

Hello,
In case that the problem is not visible with all themes, I'm using the Windows 7 theme.
When I display a DateTimePicker with its InputMode set to TimePicker, the watermark text displays "Enter date". It should display "Enter time".
In addition, with this theme, the icon at the right is the same as the DatePicker mode.

Hi Patrick,

In order to have the watermark text displaying "Enter time" you should use RadTimePicker instead of RadDateTimePicker. About the changing icon - currently it is only supported in Windows8 and Windows8Touch  themes.

Kalin,
the RadDateTimePicker can be used as a TimePicker in one of its mode.
Doesn't it make sense that, in this case, the watermark text changes to Enter time?
It should not be difficult to do this.

In addition, the RadDatePicker and RadTimePicker are not listed in the demo application, only the RadDateTimePicker. Doesn't that mean that these two controls are now obsolete?

Hello Patrick,

We are aware of this issue and we already have logged it in our PITS (you can check its status on the following link - http://www.telerik.com/support/pits.aspx#/public/silverlight/15130).

RadDatePicker and RadTimePicker actually are RadDateTimePicker with predefined InputMode, so you could safely use them.
