This CSS class is applied in Telerik.Web.Mvc / Scripts / telerik.grid.grouping.js and Telerik.Web.Mvc / UI / Grid / GridHtmlBuilder.cs. It is not used in our own stylesheets, but you can use it to apply custom styles.
