Hi,

it would be nice to know what we can expect from OA 2010 Q2.

Will the new Visual Designer support "forward mapping" in Q2 as announced?
Will there be a OpenAccessLinqDataSource in Q2 that supports all CRUD operations?

When will be a (beta) version available?

Hi Andreas,
Sorry for the late reply, but as expected we put all our efforts into Q2 release. In short:

- Yes we will provide round-trip behavior for the designer in Q2. Also through our new Fluent API we will expose a code only approach for that (parallel approach to that of the designer).

- We are not ready with the Linq data source.... However we have strong RIa Services support, that will allow you to use Domain Data Source with our product, and I believe that is alternative to the Linq data source.

- We will not release Beta for this release.
