As far as when I did my testing on making my PowerBuilder application a web application I do not see why not but will warn you that once changed you can not regenerate it with PowerBuilder unless you build a script to put in your changes. I did not go through every little piece of how PowerBuilder is making the code but once it is a web application all the Telerik controls have the same properties, events, and methods for the version distributed with PowerBuilder. I can tell you the Telerik and PowerBuilder have different release dates of their product maintenance. Telerik does it mostly monthly where Sybase does it quarterly.
