After the latest update (2013.1.220.1) Just Trace welcome page is not clickable...
I cannot uncheck "Show when VS starts" check box, click on tabs on the left or buttons on the right... I can only close it.

Me too!!!
The Start Page seems ... stuck. None of the controls respond to mouse hover or clicking. The window itself can be closed and re-opened using JustTrace->Show Start Page, but other than that, nothing.
I'm not actually using JustTrace, so I'd like to disable the start page for the time being.
Edit: BTW, I'm using VS2010 at this time.

I am really sorry for the inconveniences this issue is causing you. We are actively working on a fix and will release an updated version of JustTrace as soon as possible.
Steven, you can disable Just Trace start page manually by editing the JustTraceSettings.xml file located in %APPDATA%\Telerik\JustTrace (you can just copy-paste this in your windows explorer address bar). Change ShowStartPage element’s value to false.
Ex. <ShowStartPage>false</ShowStartPage>

I have the same problem, but it extends to the JustTrace Session page as well. I can see the real-time updating of CPU information (graph) while the profiled application is running, but I can't interact with the profiling session in any way. Visual Studio is running with elevated rights. Visual Studio 2010 SP1.
