Hi,

i try to activate WebUI test studio with activation code and after i press get purchases it was said  0/1 activated, 1 free. When i select this and go next. After little waiting it ask again do i want to use trial or activate. Now, if i try to do activation again, it says at: 1/1 activated, 0 free so activation is registered to Telerik but obviously not in this workstation. I also try to start VS 2010 again and create new test project but still it ask again do i want to use trial or activate. So, what i should to do at i can activate WebUI Test studio?

OS: Windows 7 Enterprice
WebUI: WebUI_TestStudio_Developer_2010_1_518_Dev.msi
VS: visual studio 2010 premium

Hello Jari Jämsä,

I released a key slot in our system. Could you please try to activate the code again and let me know if the problem persists.

In case you are the person in your company who will use WebUI Tests Studio and will need technical support, my advice would be to ask Heikki Heikkinen to add you as a licensed developer under his account -> Your Products -> Licensed Developers. This way you will be able to submit support tickets through our system and take advantage of your paid support.

Let me know if I can assist you further.
