hi. We have a problem with visualization of data comming from our product: "ABL90 Production". Feature "Connected" is tracked every 24 hours from our product. I would then expected that we could use this trendline for the feature to see how many analyzers which are connected to EQATEC. The problem is that it seems like the webinterface groups all "Connected" features on the day that the session was started. Capture.png shows the Connected features tracked by one analyzer. This shows 4 instances on the 19th of July. Capture_1.png shows the sessions from the analyzer and session #4 was started on 19th of July. Capture_2.png shows the details of session#4, here you can see that 4 instances of Connected was tracked - but they should be distributed over 19, 20, 21 and 22th of July. Is it an error that the Start date of the session is used when visualizing the tracked features or is it per design?? Regards, Jacob Hansen - Project Manager Radiometer Medical ApS.

Hi Jacob The feature you are describing is by design, we have decided that the data are reported on a session (which is our "basic endhed" for data acquisition) in time belongs to p? the date on which the session has started. Some of the things were have had to weigh the scenarios as you describe, but also instances where oak a PC goes to sleep and wakes up several days later and thus not consistent days of data as well as to get a clear time frame for visualization. In our own internal dogfooding of this (eg. On our data acquisition clients) that restarts we simply monitor after 24 hours (ie call Stop () and then start ()). It allows us to just to see data broken down by each day and did not necessarily have to get back to the day when the client was started (which can be several meters of months back). Maybe you could write a little extra for what you want to achieve, then I can possibly give a little sparring? We are a bit low manned here over the summer weeks, so response time is slightly extended :) MVH So clean EQATEC Team
