Thank you for checking out Icenium.
WebGL is a new technology that is mainly available for desktop browser. Here you can read more on Wikipedia page of WebGL. iOS do not support WebGL, neither do Android natively. Icenium focuses (at least for now) on developing mobile applications based on Apache Cordova.
At its current state Icenium can only be used to develop games through Canvas API and only if they are in 2D.
