Webaii scripts fail to load after reinstalling VS

I have reinstalled VS 2010 and WebUI Test studio developer edition version 102.8.23.0. After reinstaling if I try to open any .aii test it I get the error message "The operation could not be completed" and the output window shows "Execution Test Edition cannot open WebAii tests for editing please use ArtOfTest.Runner or MSTest for test execution" for each aii test in the solution.

The scripts were recorded/eidted in the same version previously.
We have the same version installed on another machine and theya re working fine there.

Hello Usman,

The symptom you describe sounds like you installed WebUI Run-Time Edition, not the Developer Edition. What is the filename of the installer you used to install WebUI?
