VS 2010--No Rad Tools...

I was able to install VS 2010 Ultimate and I do not see my Telerik Controls in the Toolbox.  If I choose "All Tools", then I see them, but they are grayed out.  I tried reinstalling them and they are still grayed out(when trying to edit a xaml page in design mode)...Am I missing something?  I believe I have the latest Silverlight Rad Tools(from March 2010?)
