Is there currently any support for Visual Studio 2013 Preview in the realm of Open Access? I am assuming that this will be something that is only supported once the IDE is released as a final product. Is there possibly a "nightly" of some such that would allow us to use Open Access with Visual Studio 2013 Preview (understanding that the probability of bugs is higher than the finalized product?)

You don't have to wait until the official release of Visual Studio 2013. For the time being our plans include Visual Studio 2013 Preview support, and the planned release for it is Q3 2013 expected in mid-October.
