View developers work items

Hi,

is it possible to view developers work items in XView People Status regardless of whether the logged in user is apart of the developers projects? We have a requirement for operations manager to get visibility on developers work items in the one place. People status is perfect for this but is filtered to only show projects you belong to

Hi Matt,

    On xView TeamPulse user can view projects he or she is project member of or has xView access to. Having this in mind, you can grant your managers xView access to all projects. Still, this needs to be done manually for each separate project. You can read more about granting xView permission from this page in our documentation.

Is it possible for you to provide a script that can do this rather than us having to manually add the operations manager to each individual project?

Hi,

We provide sql scripts only when there is no other way to do the same job. In this case you can do it from the UI. In my opinion it will be faster and safe then the sql script.
"Allow user to see all projects on xView" is a nice feature. Can you post it on our feedback portal?
